The typical cuisine here is Mediterranean, abundant on fish, seafood, vegetables, olive-oil, rice, and fruit. The result is a very healthy and delicious combination of ingredients creating dishes like Paella or Arroz a banda. But there is also some Moors influence and lately some British influence too.
